 Spruce View Essoteric 31A |
Spruce View Essoteric 31A was bought as a calf from Spruce View Farms. He was a strong built, rugged calf with exceptional feet. As a yearling he was turned out with 25 cows. He bred all the cows, continued to grow and came in, in the fall, with a lot of condition on him. This bull has bred some great females for both Double AA and Saskalta. He still is in good condition and will again be used naturally. |
| Essoteric is actually an Eston bred bull. We renamed his offspring and called them "Blackman". Essoteric sired a great breeding bull, "Double AA Blackman 24'93". "24" was just one of those really great bulls that did everything - bred great sons and daughters. He sired the very popular Lloydminister Champion- "Double AA Blackman 252'96" (below). The Blackman line will continue being developed at Rancher's Choice as this line portrays the strength and great feet that is needed for functional ranch cattle.
